The qualities depend on the position you’re applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand you as an individual. On a broader level, we want people who have a passion for technology and rock-solid technical skills. We want people who can take ownership and see the intersection between the work they have done and the work we are hiring them to do. We also look for humility and humor because we spend too much time at work to be serious all the time.
To assess your abilities, we will ask you questions related to the technical skills required to be successful in the role. Of course, the questions will vary depending on the job. But for the technical positions, we deep dive into your previous work and the technology stack you have worked on. You will also be required to write code/ design solutions to solve specific problems during the interview.

It usually takes 3-4 days for our recruitment panel to review your resume. Make sure to highlight the skills and the technologies/tools that you have experience working on.
Coding assessment / Technical interviews
For a technical role, the programmer is expected to write code/ design solutions to solve specific problems during the interview. For junior positions, the engineers will have to take an online coding test (via InterviewMocha).
There are usually about 2 rounds of technical interviews with some of our senior/ expert engineers, where we deep dive into your experience and technical abilities to check whether you’re the right fit for the role. This is where you talk about the projects you have worked on and the challenges you have faced in your previous roles.
The final discussion is always with one of our Founders- Mr. Kalpak Shah (CEO) or Mr. Chirag Jog (CTO) where they talk about the teams and also our organisational strategic plans. This is where we learn more about your future careers plans and evaluate the culture-fitment.
The timeline may vary depending on a few factors like the role you are applying for, your notice period etc. But, our goal is to let you know within 2-3 days if we’ll be moving forward with your application.
